Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT services or technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
Track sales pipelines, report on performance, and provide market insights to leadership.
Develop strategies to expand into new markets, verticals, or geographies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
Proven track record of closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
