Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, incoming calls, and leads generated through online campaigns.
  • Convert prospective leads into enrolled students for test prep and study abroad services.
  • Counseling & Sales:
  • Counsel students and parents about Manya’s offerings in test prep, admissions consulting, and overseas education.
  • Understand student profiles and provide guidance on program selection, timelines, and career paths.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for student acquisition.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Follow up with leads, ensure regular communication, and maintain a strong rapport with students and parents.
  • Maintain and update CRM data accurately and timely.
  • Outreach & Events:
  • Participate in seminars, webinars, school/college fairs, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with marketing for local campaigns and support digital marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
