Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic business growth. Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), cold calling, and networking.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to increase revenue.
• Prepare tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to adapt and improve outreach.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
