Technical Project Coordinator

As an experienced Technical Project Coordinator with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in overseeing technical projects, your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing timelines, ensuring timely delivery, and facilitating communication with technical stakeholders. You should possess a deep understanding of web development technologies, agile methodologies, and effective project management practices. Responsibilities: - Oversee technical projects to ensure alignment with objectives, timely completion of tasks, and efficient resource utilization. - Coordinate and monitor the progress of development projects utilizing technologies such as Laravel, React, Vue, Node.js, Swift, Kotlin, Python, and TypeScript. - Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing code when necessary. - Act as the primary point of contact for technical project coordination, ensuring effective communication and providing timely updates on project statuses, risks, and blockers to management. - Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including coding standards, project requirements, and development processes. - Facilitate Scrum activities and ensure adherence to agile best practices. - Collaborate with the QA function to guarantee that development output meets quality and performance standards. - Engage with clients, identify risks and technical bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate them to prevent delays or disruptions. - Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, development productivity, and code quality. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating technical projects and managing web development initiatives. - Proficiency in managing projects involving technologies such as Laravel, React, Vue, Node.js, Swift, Kotlin, Python, and TypeScript. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX, WebSocket, and Git. - Experience in resource allocation, task prioritization, deadline management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading project contributors.
