Technical Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for young, execution-oriented engineers who want hands-on exposure in government projects, mining operations, survey & AI-based project management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Site execution support (Mining / Civil / Survey / EPC works)
• Quantity calculations (BOQ, OB quantity, measurements)
• Coordination with site engineers, subcontractors & billing team
• Preparation of:
• Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• RA Bills
• Measurement Sheets
• MIS & Excel-based dashboards
• Basic survey data handling (Total Station / GPS / Drone outputs training provided)
• Learning & using AI-based tools for:
• Diesel monitoring
• Equipment productivity
• Site reporting automation
• Execution analytics & dashboards

This is NOT a pure AI job, but a future-ready execution role where you will learn:

• How AI is used in real government project execution
• Automating:
• Site reports
• Billing summaries
• Productivity tracking
• Using dashboards for:
• Diesel theft control
• Machine efficiency
• Project decision-making
• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted planning, reporting & survey validation

Training will be provided. Curiosity & learning mindset is more important than prior AI knowledge.
