Job Description Key Responsibilities : Project Planning Support : Assist Project Managers in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Task Management : Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines. Communication & Reporting : Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management. Prepare and disseminate project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation. Resource Coordination : Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Risk & Issue Tracking : Help identify potential project risks and issues, track their resolution, and escalate as necessary. Documentation Management : Organize and maintain all project documentation, including technical specifications, requirements, and change logs. Meeting Facilitation : Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing follow-up actions. Quality Assurance Support : Assist in ensuring that projects meet quality standards and requirements. Process Adherence : Support the implementation and adherence to project management methodologies and Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of proven experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Project Support, or similar role within a technical environment. Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced Skills (Good to have) : Basic understanding of software development concepts or specific technologies relevant to our business.
