About the Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and manage 

  Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads

   campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Set up and optimize 

  CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)

   — including pipelines, automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Build and manage 

  sales funnels

  , landing pages, and appointment booking systems.
• Track and analyze 

  key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)

   and produce performance reports for clients.
• Implement 

  retargeting campaigns

  , SMS/email automation sequences, and A/B testing.
• Integrate marketing systems with tools like 

  Zapier

  , 

  Meta Conversion API

  , and 

  Google Tag Manager

  .
• Collaborate on 

  ad creatives, copywriting, and technical setup

   to ensure every campaign runs smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of 

  Meta Ads Manager

  , 

  Google Ads

  , and 

  analytics platforms

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  GoHighLevel (GHL)

   or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in 

  funnel building

   (ClickFunnels, GHL, or Webflow).
• Familiarity with 

  SEO, Google My Business optimization, and website analytics

  .
• Experience with 

  API integrations

  , 

  automations

  , and 

  data tracking tools

  .
• Analytical mindset — able to translate metrics into actionable strategy.
• Excellent written communication for client reporting and ad copy.
