Technical Marketing Specialist

Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering / or a related agricultural science field. 

Proven experience in technical field support, product development / QC of pesticides formulations or marketing within the crop protection/agrochemical industry, with experience specific to surfactants/adjuvants. 

Strong technical and working knowledge of surfactant processes, properties (wetting, spreading, penetration, etc.), and their application in pesticide/fertilizer formulations. 

Excellent skills in communication,presentation and writing . Should have ability to translate complex technical information into clear messages. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market data, trial results, and customer challenges. 

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and think strategically to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories to conduct lab/plant trials and meet clients. 

Candidates from Ankleshwar/Bharuch are preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. New business development in the Western and Southern Region.

2. Plan,coordinate and execute lab trials/demonstrations -to validate product performance  and to build a strong "reason to believe" for customers.

3. Providing necessary Technical Support to customers.

4. Conduct comparative market and competitor analysis to highlight the strengths and advantages of our products.

5. Gather market Intelligence on competitor activities and new product launches to provide actionable insights to the product development team.
