Technical Head at Spaceki Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 10+ years in glazing, facade systems, or related building envelope solutions About Us Spaceki is a fast-growing company specialising in world-class facades and glazing systems for premium commercial, industrial, and high-rise projects. Role Overview As Technical Head, you will lead our entire technical function — from design and engineering to production and execution. You will ensure that Spaceki stays ahead in facade innovation while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and guide a team of design engineers, production planners, QA/QC specialists, and site coordinators Oversee technical delivery for multiple projects from concept to handover Develop and review facade system designs, structural calculations, die development, and shop drawings Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and vendors for seamless technical execution Optimize manufacturing processes and implement best practices for unitized, semi-unitized, and curtain wall systems Drive research and development initiatives for new systems and materials Train and mentor the technical team for capability building and succession planning Support business development with technical presentations and value-engineered solutions Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in facades and glazing Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glass specifications, structural integrity, and installation methods Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Clear communication and presentation abilities Why Join Spaceki At Spaceki, you will work with passionate industry professionals and help shape iconic skylines.
