Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Automotive HARDWARE (mechanical, electrical, electronics, embedded systems) and SOFTWARE (design, development, testing of drivers & firmware) engineering.
  • Designing, developing, prototyping and testing of Electric Vehicle batteries, powertrain and other electromechanical components.
  • Creates functional strategies & specific objectives for sub functions. Develops budgets, policies & procedures to support functional infrastructure.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prototyping to evaluate new technologies and approaches.
  • Involves planning, managing, and supervising the design, development, testing and integration of systems, products, or processes (Hardware & Software).
  • Create and maintain internal dashboards and MISs and support operations and account teams with necessary data for smooth running of the business.
  • Set up the right analytics infrastructure to allow the organization’s ability to scale up and monitor operations/ assets.
  • Develop innovative pricing models in close conjugation with the account and marketing teams.
  • Understand the company’s strategy and performance needs and help develop methodologies.
  • With the group members, create and sustain a dynamic group culture that rewards innovation, creativity, risk taking and success.

  • Demonstrated experience in a product development and mass deployment environment involving multiple technologies like energy storage, power electronics, embedded software, mechatronics, automation/robotics, information networks and data management.
  • Demonstrated experience both as a strategist and tactical operating leader, possessing strong problem solving and project management skills.
  • Has exceptional capability to set up and maintain analytical and data science tools/ dashboards/ reporting systems from scratch.
  • Capable of building strong product teams and delivering the right products to cater to customer needs while keeping business objectives in mind.
  • Exceptional management skills in recruiting, developing, retaining, and motivating strong management teams.
  • Possess an open and flexible mindset toward culturally and technically diversified global and multicultural working environments.Has historically been able to build cohesive, diverse teams.
