Here’s more about us – SUN Mobility Role Description: SUN Mobility is expanding across India-like markets and are on the lookout for a Manager – International Business who will lead our expansion across Africa starting in Kenya. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end launch plan in Kenya and commercial scale up of operations thereafter. The role is based out of our HQ in Bangalore with frequent travel to Kenya and other markets as and when required. Ideal Experience: The candidate must have a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Management with a total of 5-7 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, high-growth startups or similar organizations with international exposure. Roles and Responsibilities: This role will be the face of SUN Mobility’s products, software services, solutions internationally, effectively communicating its value propositions. Design and execute the go-to-market strategy (GTM strategy) that will produce key benefits by bringing value to specific target segments. Onboard key partners across the value chain necessary for the successful implementation of the GTM strategy. Coordinate the launch in Kenya with various internal departments to manage the on-ground implementation and to ensure roles and responsibilities are executed on-time. Collaborate, onboard and setup local sales and operations teams. Prepare relevant engagement documents such as NDA, MOU, term sheets, business agreements, questionnaires, templates etc., in coordination with legal and other management teams. Negotiate engagement and contract terms with partners, ensuring timely communication of terms, to stakeholders. Facilitate communication within the organization and with international business partners, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned. Key Skills& Attributes: Willingness to travel extensively to Kenya and other African markets. Exposure to automotive / EV / Energy sectors is a strong plus Experience in international markets preferably in Kenya / Africa in Sales / Business Development capacities Strong Program / Project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing new International Business initiatives Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup culture.
