Job Description – E-commerce Account Executive (Reconciliation) Position: Account Executive – E-commerce (Reconciliation) Location: New Delhi Department: E-commerce / Finance Reporting To: E-commerce Finance Manager / Business Head Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Account Executive who will be responsible for managing account reconciliation across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces . The role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce financial flows, including order vs. payment reconciliation, deductions, returns, commissions, and SKU-wise realization tracking . Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end account reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms. Match orders, returns, and payments to ensure accuracy in financial records. Track and analyse SKU-wise realization (gross sales vs. net sales after deductions, commissions, penalties, returns). Identify and resolve discrepancies such as short payments, chargebacks, settlement delays, or mismatched invoices . Work closely with finance, supply chain, and category managers to ensure smooth financial operations. Maintain accurate reports of monthly reconciliations, settlement summaries, and marketplace payment dashboards . Support the business team during audits and provide data for claims, debit notes, and dispute resolution . Suggest process improvements for faster and accurate reconciliation . Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field . 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account reconciliation (Amazon/Flipkart experience mandatory) . Strong knowledge of e-commerce settlement cycles, commission structures, and deductions . Ability to perform SKU-level profitability analysis . Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports) . Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and problem-solving ability. Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Experience in tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems .
