Job Description

Role Responsibilities

1. Developing the overall Sales strategy and Sales Plans and Programs for the International Business in line with the Annual Marketing Plan of the year.

2. Accountable for the Topline for the International Business as per ABP.

3. International Business Marketing SPOC for all aspects of Marketing including Digital Marketing & E-commerce execution in coordination with India Marketing & E-commerce Team

4. Formulating the annual budgets including quarterly, monthly forecasts for the International Business channel.

5. Proactively align the operations team on the sales forecasts for ensuring product availability.

6. Leads the Sales team to achieve sales targets of International Business as per ABP through continuous alignment of team to plans and targets through reviews, monitoring, gap analysis and course correction.

7. Business development, setting up sustainable strategic business units and developing distribution network of GCC.

8. Understand the need of registration as per GCC and liaison with R&D team for meeting product compliances.

9. Expansion of distribution network and monitoring retailing & merchandising activities in existing markets.

10. Achieve volume targets, value targets & bottom - line for each partner by deciding partner margins, analyzing sales trends, visibility, and category mix management.

11. Design & execution of promotion plans and & executing Terms-of-Trade (ToT) with retail partners in line with cost strategies.

12. Formulate and rollout of trade schemes as per plan and monitoring the same on regular basis, to achieve the objectives.

13. Establish product-wise market pricing for retail & wholesale trade (taking into consideration local duty and margins (internal and external)).

14. Responsible for new product launches in all the existing markets.

15. Establish productive and professional relationships with key partners.

16. Efficient stock management at distributor points.

17. Developing system and process for sales inclusive of documentation and automation for compliance.

18. Regular monitoring of country sales performance and suggest ways to improve the same.

19. Regular reporting of sales performance achievement to the leadership team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
