Role Summary We’re looking for a high-energy, impact-driven Team Success Manager (Sales & Counselling) to lead, mentor, and drive our counselor-sales team based in Vadodara . This is a hybrid role β€” part sales strategist , part team coach β€” focused on maximizing conversions from online leads and building a high-performance, student-success-driven team. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance Own weekly/monthly revenue targets and pipeline outcomes Lead, train, and drive inside sales/counselors to convert marketing-generated leads via video calls Improve demo-to-closure ratio through structured tracking and interventions Run daily huddles, performance reviews, and motivation boosters Optimize sales scripts, objection handling, and CRM usage (LeadSquared/GHL) Team Coaching & Success Mentor team members on student engagement, empathy, and solution-driven sales Build a culture of accountability, care, and excitement Monitor counselor performance dashboards and coach underperformers Run incentive programs, contests, and recognition campaigns Cross-Function Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and conversion feedback Collaborate with academic & visa teams for smooth student journeys post-enrollment Reporting & Systems Maintain sales reports, lead movement status, and forecast accuracy Use CRM and sales enablement tools to monitor counselor productivity and funnel health Present insights and strategies directly to management Requirements Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or relevant field 5+ years of experience in inside sales/sales leadership (preferably EdTech or Services) Proven record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams Strong leadership and coaching mindset β€” β€œCan sell, and can teach how to sell” Proficient in CRM tools and remote sales processes Energetic, student-first, and hungry for impact Location Full-time | On-site | Vadodara HQ Why Join Us?
