Hiring Team Leader / Assistant Manager (International Voice Process)

Role Overview

Team Leader Operations

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of call center associates, including work and attendance monitoring.
Coach and mentor team members regularly to achieve performance metrics.
Identify performance gaps, create action plans, and implement corrective measures (including terminations if necessary).
Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
Handle escalated customer calls with subject matter expertise.
Conduct team meetings to share updates and encourage open communication.
Organize team activities and maintain engagement.
Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and attend required manager development training.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum
1 year of experience as Team Leader
in an International BPO (Voice Process).
Strong knowledge of operational metrics:
Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, SLA
.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a
247 environment
.
