Job Description

Position Title: Team Leader โ€“ Outbound Sales (Voice Process) Job Summary: The Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of sales agents to meet or exceed sales targets through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and process management. The role is critical in ensuring high productivity, quality, and compliance across outbound calling campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of 8-10 outbound sales agents. Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure quality, sales effectiveness, and compliance. Provide on-the-spot coaching and regular performance feedback to agents. Conduct daily team huddles, motivate agents, and communicate targets and updates. Analyze individual and team sales reports to identify performance gaps. Collaborate with trainers and AMs to implement improvement plans. Ensure timely attendance, schedule adherence, and adherence to calling hours. Handle customer and process escalations as a first level of support. Maintain updated knowledge of products/services and share updates with the team. Document and report daily performance metrics and updates to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 2โ€“4 years of BPO experience with at least 1 year in outbound sales and team handling. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and call strategy. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
