Team Leader - Sales

As a Sales Training Specialist, your role involves designing and conducting sales training programs for the patient counselling team. You will train counsellors on telecalling best practices, objection handling, and patient engagement. Additionally, developing call scripts, FAQs, and training materials will be part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities also include auditing telecalling conversations to ensure high-quality interactions and compliance. You will identify areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies, call scripts, and industry standards. In terms of performance management, you will analyze call performance, conversion rates, and lead handling efficiency. Providing individual coaching and team feedback to enhance productivity will be crucial. Moreover, collaborating with management to optimize sales strategies and patient engagement is essential for success in this role. Furthermore, you will work with operations and sales teams to improve call handling efficiency and implement best practices to boost patient engagement and lead conversion.
