Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure quality control of telesales calls to maintain high service standards.
Achieve daily and monthly collection and sales targets for the team.
Manage team rosters to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
Oversee attendance, leaves, and adherence to schedules.
Allocate telecalling lists and ensure efficient lead distribution among team members.
Provide continuous feedback to team members on performance, areas of improvement, and progress.
Conduct daily briefings and motivational sessions before shifts.
Handle re-training sessions to improve performance and conversion skills.
Maintain detailed reports related to sales, collections, and account status.
Ensure accurate daily deposition of payments collected by the team.
Track competitor activities and process performance metrics.
Conduct initial screening and interviews for new hires.
Perform periodic performance reviews and appraisals for the team.

What You Should Have:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing environment.
Prior experience in team management preferred.
Strong skills in objection handling, communication, and negotiation.
Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
