The role includes prospecting, presenting products, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: -  Generate follow-ups through cold calling.  Build long term relationships with clients.  Maintain updated knowledge of available properties and conduct site visit.  Achieve monthly sales targets.  Promote sales of residential and commercial properties.  Ensure to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with potential clients.  Keep track of all calls made and ensure that all information is accurate and up to mark.  Generate reports of productive leads, the success rate of calls, and other relevant metrics for the management. KEY REQUIREMENTS: -  Graduation is must.  Minimum experience 6 months -2 Years  Experience in real estate would be the preference  Familiar with CRM software.  Good communication skills.  Basic knowledge of Real Estate Industry and sales processes.
