Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Reservations team, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead and manage a team of reservations professionals to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and drive business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with CRM software and reservation systems is preferred.
