About The Opportunity

A leading player in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate sector, we provide end-to-end property solutions—from acquisition and sales to advisory and asset management. Our on-site teams leverage deep market insights and strong stakeholder relationships to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences across India’s key real estate markets.Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an on-site sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective territory plans, leveraging market analysis to identify high-potential leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, offer management, and deal closure.
  • Implement robust CRM processes; track team performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine promotional campaigns, open houses, and client events that drive lead generation.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to elevate team skills in negotiation, relationship management, and closing techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead role within residential or commercial property brokerage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with demonstrated client relationship management expertise.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience managing large teams (10+ members) in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Familiarity with local property regulations, legal documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Background in market research, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven sales strategies.
