Sheerdrive using AI / ML specializes in assisting vehicle Sellers in implementing end-to-end used vehicle management programs that are transparent, risk averse, profitable, and performance-drive. Job Summary We are looking for a results-oriented Team Leader – Buyer Engagement to drive lead generation, buyer acquisition, and retention through digital campaigns and strategic initiatives. The role involves managing a team, analyzing buyer data, and implementing targeted strategies to achieve growth and enhance buyer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate quality leads through WhatsApp campaigns, social media promotions, and digital marketing initiatives. 2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Executives, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly targets. 3. Analyse buyer data category-wise and location-wise to identify patterns, opportunities, and focus areas. 4. Track and evaluate buyer performance and engagement metrics on a regular basis. 5. Drive buyer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through focused campaigns and relationship-building. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of buyer onboarding and engagement strategies. 7. Prepare and present periodic performance reports and insights to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or buyer engagement roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. • Strong analytical ability to interpret buyer behavior, category trends, and location-specific data. • Excellent leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing a team. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics software
