Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in New Delhi. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily team activities, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities include supervising team members, providing guidance and support, setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, managing workflow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
