: Prepare Customer/STO & Sale Invoicing Process of Ethanol along
with bill entry on OMC portal with all supporting documents. : Verification and processing for SRN of R&M and others service bills. : Preparing returns and ensure filling online and submitted within due dates under Haryana Vat. : Monthly GST Working including reconciliation with GSTR2B. : Deduction of TDS in contractors and service bills and advised compliance team for deposition. : Stock monitoring on daily basis and Physical stock verification on monthly basis. : Reconciliation of Vendor and Customer account and resolve their quarries. : Bank Reconciliation & Branch Reconciliation account with Head Office : Coordination with Auditor towards statutory compliances & providing record. : Excise and Export document preparation i.e. Annex C, Invoice & packing list with LOI and get examined from excise department for stuffing. : Co-ordination with all the sales managers/executive for closure of monthly scheme & discounts. : Issuance and collect of Sales Tax Statutory Forms i.e. Form C, F, D1. : Prepare Sale Tax Assessment Cases.
