Account Officer

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing CMA reports, handling payroll activities, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain CMA data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) for submission to banks and financial institutions.
  
• Manage payroll processing , including salary disbursement, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.), and compliance.
  
• Handle accounts payable and receivable , bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements , MIS reports, and monthly/annual closing.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for various financial requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely data entry.
  
• Support in budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
  
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies .
  
  
  Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications:
  

  • Bachelordegree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred).
    
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting, payroll management, and CMA reporting.
    
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel .
    
  • Strong understanding of financial statements , banking documentation , and statutory compliance .
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
    
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
