Job_Description":" What You Will Work On - User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications that effectively communicate design ideas and functionality. Design Implementation: Develop high-fidelity designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define design requirements and project scope. Design Systems & Guidelines: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms. Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design. Iteration & Improvement: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and evolving business requirements. Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies. Documentation: Document design processes, decisions, and user flows to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements Technical Skills: Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects. Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design. User-Centered Design: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design principles. Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs. Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in similar field/projects. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in designing for different platforms (iOS, Android, web). Soft Skills: Communication : Excellent written and oral communication skills. Conveys effectively to customers, team, and team leaders to yield desired results. Time Management & Prioritizing : Builds the time plan for self and team to deal with multiple and complex tasks. Result Orientation : Demonstrates the ability to focus persistently to achieve assigned targets.
