Role Overview

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and convert insights into user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• Ensure seamless coordination with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for design-to-development transitions.
• Develop visually consistent and brand-aligned UI design frameworks.
• Optimize user journeys to enhance usability, accessibility, and user retention.
• Stay current with evolving design trends, standards, and tools.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong Behance portfolio with emphasis on e-commerce projects (or equivalent project links).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of user-centric design, responsive UI, accessibility, and product usability.
• Proven skills in translating complex business requirements into intuitive design experiences.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, usability evaluations, and accessibility standards.

Interview & Evaluation Process

• Assignment Round — Design approach and problem-solving
• Technical/Functional Round — Interview with client panel
• (Optional) Final Round — Cultural or fitment discussion
