UI-UX Designer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviours. Analyse user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for web and mobile applications that effectively communicate design ideas and functionality. Design Implementation: Develop high-fidelity designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define design requirements and project scope. Design Systems & Guidelines: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms. Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design. Iteration & Improvement: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and evolving business requirements. Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies. Documentation: Document design processes, decisions, and user flows to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the development lifecycle. Primary Skills : Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design. User-Centered Design: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design principles. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs. Preferred Skills: Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
