UI-UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Junior UI/UX Designer at Web N Soft Solution, you will collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and ideas for various digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for digital products that meet client needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and ideas for various digital platforms. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements and user feedback. - Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and preferences, integrating findings into design solutions. - Assist in creating design guidelines, style guides, and design documentation for design consistency and efficient collaboration. - Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and make design adjustments based on user insights. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to enhance design deliverables" quality. - Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented in the final product. - Communicate and present design ideas and solutions to project stakeholders effectively. - Assist in the optimization and improvement of existing designs and user interfaces.
