As a UI/UX Designer at Blacksof, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing the user experience across digital products. You will also stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to improve the overall user experience. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with project coordinator, developers, and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs. - Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process, considering user needs and preferences. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard design tools with a focus on usability, accessibility, and user experience. - Develop user flows, navigation systems, and interaction models for a seamless user experience. - Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and market trends, ensuring timely delivery of design assets to development teams. - Work closely with developers to guide the implementation of designs throughout the development process. - Maintain a consistent design language and UI/UX standards across multiple platforms and products. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance the user experience. **Qualifications:** - Master's in Design in UI-UX. - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, including user-centered design principles, visual design skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or Sketch, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Figma. - Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.,
