Role Overview: The Team Leader – Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage field teams, coordinate with warehouse and logistics units, and ensure seamless execution of business processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Plan and monitor inventory movement, order processing, and dispatch operations. Ensure timely delivery and maintain service quality standards across locations. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain functioning. Track key operational metrics (KPI/SLA) and prepare performance reports. Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve overall operational efficiency. Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill levels. Handle on-ground issues, escalate critical challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate closely with management to implement new systems, tools, and procedures for operational improvement. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, or distribution management (experience in Rajasthan region preferred). Proven leadership experience in managing on-ground teams. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and operations management software/ERP systems.
