Job Description

Electronic company helper ka job role aam taur par support-based hota hai. Unka kaam technicians, engineers aur production team ko madad dena hota hai. Neeche main clear points mein bata raha hoon: Electronic Company Helper – Job Roles / Responsibilities Material Handling Raw material aur components (resistors, ICs, wires, PCBs) ko production line tak pahunchana. Finished products ko packing area tak le jana. Production Support Machine operators aur technicians ko basic tasks mein assist karna. PCB board assembling, wiring, soldering mein simple tasks karna (agar training ho). Inspection & Quality Support Basic quality checking (visual inspection) — jaise component sahi laga hai ya nahi. Defective pieces ko alag rakhna. Packing & Labeling Ready products ki packing karna. Boxes par stickers, barcodes, labels lagana. Workstation Cleanliness Production area ko clean aur organized rakhna. Tools aur items ko sahi jagah rakhna. Loading/Unloading Material loading/unloading mein madad karna (light weight items). General Support Supervisor ke instructions follow karna. Daily production activities mein support karna. Required Skills Basic electronics ka understanding (optional but useful). Soldering, wiring ki basic skills (company training deti hai). Discipline, time management, and teamwork. Salary Range (India) ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (company aur city par depend karta hai).
