Job Description

The role of an ITI Helper in a factory will involves supporting skilled tradespeople (like fitters, welders, or electricians) with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient production and maintenance operations. Core Responsibilities

Material Handling: Loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies; moving materials and equipment within the factory floor.
Assembly Assistance: Assisting with the assembly and fitting of components as directed by senior technicians or production staff.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, removing debris, and cleaning production areas and equipment.
Tool Management: Organizing, preparing, and handing tools and supplies to skilled workers, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
Machine Operation Support: Assisting in the setup, operation, and minor adjustments/lubrication of production machinery.
Safety Protocol Adherence: Following all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Documentation: Recording and reporting work progress and any issues encountered to supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
