Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage teams to achieve targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Oversee daily operations, including rostering, scheduling, and team handling to meet SLA requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage, attrition, and improve CSAT scores.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, TAT, KRA completion rates, and people management skills.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance.
