Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at the Holiday Inn, responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Service department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the Food and Beverage Service team to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and expenses to optimize resources.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
