Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth functioning.
• Manage bar inventory, stock control, and ordering of beverages and supplies.
• Train, supervise, and motivate bartenders and service staff.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policies.
• Create and update drink menus, including signature cocktails and seasonal specials.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement promotional activities to increase revenue.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Bartending preferred.
