Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry, with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of hospitality professionals to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge.
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in food and beverage service.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control measures is required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other hospitality software is desirable.
