Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of bartenders and support staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverages.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and mentor new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
