Role: Team Lead

Location: Bhubaneswar
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary Range: ₹2 – 6 LPA

As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project execution. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, meeting deadlines, and creating a collaborative, growth-oriented work culture. This position requires close coordination with cross-functional departments, mentoring team members, and reporting progress to senior management. Additionally, you will drive process improvements to boost efficiency and ensure project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for seamless project execution.
• Mentor, motivate, and support team members to foster professional growth.
• Monitor team performance and report project progress to senior management.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions effectively.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Create a collaborative and positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in IT project delivery / corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

• Proficiency in Project Management Tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Version Control Systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and align solutions with business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹241,538.16 - ₹669,987.72 per year
