Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in the IT/Software or Technology sector. The candidate should have a strong IT/Computer Science educational background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to promote technology-driven solutions to corporate and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the IT/Tech domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries.
  • Present and promote company solutions (AI, Data Analytics, IT Consulting, Emerging Tech).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive business strategy.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare reports for management review.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and client outreach programs.
  • Represent ICSPL at industry events, client meetings, and technology exhibitions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, discussion, and speaking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT concepts, digital transformation, and software solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in business-friendly language.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

Education & Career Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is mandatory.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, IT Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Career background in IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation sales is highly desirable.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in the IT sector.
