About Samruddhi Organic farm
Samruddhi Organic farm is one of our manufacturing plants which has been fostering organic farming since 2004 by following the vedic as well as biodynamic methods.With the acquired certified agricultural land of 75,000 acres we produce 200+ products such as Organic grain, pulses, oils&oil seeds, organic spices, natural dry fruits with the help of 40,000+ farmers, we also export in over 17 countries around the globe.Our products have warranted a high demand in the market for their delicious taste, level of hygiene, low calorie, freshness, purity, long shelf life and high nutritional value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Department Handling & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Oversee daily operations related to Transaction Certificates within Procurement, Quality
Control, and Operations teams.
- Liaise with Operations, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics teams to align TC issuance with
certified lots and dispatch plans.
- Ensure every certified dispatch is mapped to a valid certification lot and corresponding
TC.
- Address client and internal queries related to certification, traceability, and TC status.
2. Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate with SCM and logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of certified goods
with complete traceability documentation.
- Support planning of inventory flow, batch segregation, and certified stock movement to
avoid compliance risks.
3. ICS & Quality Assurance Oversight Drive ICS implementation from farm/field level to processing units and external
stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality protocols, internal control policies, and traceability
standards across the supply chain.
- Coordinate between field officers, HQ, certification bodies, and data teams for accurate
and timely data flow.
4. Certification & Audit Management
- Coordinate with certification bodies (e.g., NOCA, ECOCERT, OneCert, etc.) for TC
issuance, audits, renewals, and surveillance activities.
- Ensure timely submission of documents, compliance reports, and transaction data
required for TC generation.
- Maintain 100% audit readiness for all ICS units and processing facilities.
- Track certification validity and ensure zero lapse in TC eligibility for farmer groups and
products.
5. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure accurate preparation, review, and maintenance of all TC-related operational and
compliance documentation.
- Maintain organized records to support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory
inspections.
6. Reporting, MIS & Review
- Prepare and maintain weekly MIS reports on TC issuance, pending requests, and
compliance status.
- Present monthly dashboards highlighting TC performance, risks, deviations, and
corrective actions to management.
- Monitor KPIs and proactively flag certification or traceability risks.
Strong working knowledge of organic standards (NPOP, NOP, EU) and Transaction
Certificate systems.
- Proven experience coordinating audits and working with multiple certification bodies.
- experience in organic certification, traceability, or TC management,
preferably in agri or food sectors.
- Deep understanding of TC processes and traceability systems
