Role Overview

Fractal Analytics is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on robust sourcing to build candidate pipelines, conduct market research, and strategically reach out to potential candidates. You will play an essential part in supporting the recruiting team by creating a funnel of qualified candidates for senior recruiters and recruiting leads, aligning with Fractal's vision of powering every human decision with intelligence and imagination.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to proactively identify potential candidates across all levels.
• Engage in market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscapes, and candidate preferences.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms like LinkedIn and other professional social media sites.

Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates aligned with the organization's needs.
• Establish ongoing relationships with candidates to ensure a continuous pipeline for current and future roles.

Candidate Engagement

• Proactively reach out to candidates, ensuring high-touch experiences that reflect Fractal's values.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies.

Analytics and Reporting

• Leverage recruitment analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Provide insights and reports to support recruiting teams and enhance candidate outreach efforts.

Collaboration and Diversity

• Partner with a team of recruiters and recruiting leads to ensure seamless candidate transitions.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in sourcing strategies, proactively curating diverse candidate pools.

Qualifications

Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, with a focus on building pipelines and market research.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Boolean search methodologies.
• Advanced skills in sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Core Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team focus on continuous improvement.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet global sourcing needs, ideally residing in CST/EST time zones.
