Job Description

Talent Sourcer

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates (via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, Boolean searches, social media, etc.).
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Screen and engage passive candidates to assess interest and fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in sourcing and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or similar role in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, social media, job boards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
