Job Description

The Role We are looking for proactive Talent Sourcing Specialists to support our client's recruitment team by identifying and retrieving potential candidates for various roles. Key Responsibilities: Publish job postings on job boards and portals Search and retrieve candidate profiles from resume databases and job sites Work on sourcing requirements across multiple roles and industries Maintain and organise candidate data for recruiter follow-up Ideal Profile You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or any role involving candidate research and outreach. Prior experience in a staffing/recruitment firm would be advantageous. You have experience in using job portals, resume databases, and other sourcing channels to find targeted talent- fast You are detail-oriented and have solid communication skills You are highly goal-driven and can work well in fast-paced, remote environments What's on Offer?
