Responsibilities:

Talent sourcing specialist will assume responsibility for the client / stack center portfolio focusing on Indian market
You will develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklum’s strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly
You will apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & it’s clients in India

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies
Strong experience in Boolean, X-Ray Searchers
Expert in sourcing talents through LinkedIn, Github, Kaggle, Stackoverflow
Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
Experience in direct search and headhunting
Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
Advanced level of written and conversational English
Strong Negotiation and persuasion skills are mandatory
Positive attitude & result oriented approach
Membership in HR forums like NHRD etc are preferred
Experienced in driving any TA initiatives are preferred
