Role Snapshot Lead Financial Services and Insurance clients and teams across North America & Europe. You will shape their AI‑driven transformation agendas, craft high‑impact solutions, and lead C‑suite conversations that unlock profitable growth—for them and for Fractal. You will also build and nurture a high‑performing consulting team, fostering a culture of innovation and client impact. Location & Travel Primary location: Mumbai (preferred) Alternate locations: Bengaluru or Gurgaon Travel: Flexibility to travel internationally — about one trip per quarter Responsibilities Advise the C‑suite – translate analytics into board‑level narratives and quantified business cases Design breakthrough solutions – blend Gen AI, advanced analytics, and domain insight to solve priority problems Own account growth – identify whitespace, structure win‑win commercial models, and expand revenue Lead thought leadership – publish points of view, speak at industry forums, and position Fractal as the go‑to AI partner Guide execution – orchestrate cross‑functional teams and partners to convert strategy into outcomes Grow & build capability – hire, mentor, and retain diverse, high‑performing analytics and consulting talent, fostering continuous learning and innovation across locations What You’ll Bring 15+ years in analytics and strategy consulting, with 8–10 years advising Financial Services and Insurance clients Deep appreciation of the AI landscape—platforms, emerging tools, governance, and how to turn strategy into actionable roadmaps Proven record of shaping multi‑million‑dollar AI and analytics programs and consistently delivering growth Domain expertise in Financial Services and Insurance; exposure to Risk, Fraud, Underwriting, or Claims is a strong plus Gravitas with senior executives, compelling storytelling skills, and sharp commercial acumen Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments Post‑graduate degree in a quantitative field (MBA, MS, or equivalent preferred) If you thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and client impact, we’d love to hear from you.
