Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level and leadership roles across functions including Technology, Finance, E-commerce, Marketing, Design, and Corporate Operations.

Partner with business leaders and CXOs for workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.

Manage and execute confidential and niche leadership searches with precision and discretion.

Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through headhunting, networking, referrals, and advanced sourcing strategies.

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, sourcing, screening, assessments, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Represent the organization in talent engagement forums and industry platforms to build brand visibility.

Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and drive a superior candidate experience throughout the process.

Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and alignment with organizational values.
