Store Manager - Fashion Cloths Retail Industry

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and strategize for improvement.
• Identify fast and slow-moving stock to maximize sell-through. KPIs:
• % of sales target achieved • Average transaction value (ATV)
• Conversion rate

2. Customer Experience & Service

• Ensure excellent customer service aligned with the brand ethos of ethnic fashion.

• Resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner.

• Implement personalization (festive styling, custom tailoring, etc.)

KPIs:

• Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)

• Repeat customer rate

• Mystery shopper score

3. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

• Maintain visual standards in alignment with ethnic and seasonal themes.
• Execute festive and promotional displays.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and appealing. KPIs:

• Visual merchandising audit score

• Festive display compliance
• Planogram adherence

4. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

• Ensure timely stock replenishment, especially during peak seasons (Diwali, Eid, weddings).

• Oversee inward/outward stock with accuracy. KPIs:

• Shrinkage %

• Stock turnover ratio

• Inventory accuracy

5. Team Management & Training

• Recruit, train, and develop the store team with product knowledge and customer service skills. • Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.

• Motivate the team to achieve individual and store goals. KPIs:

• Staff productivity (sales per staff) • Training hours completed

• Employee retention rate

6. Operational Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

• Maintain cash register accuracy and billing process standards.

• Coordinate with backend teams for logistics, promotions, etc. KPIs:

• Audit score (internal/store)

• Billing error rate • SOP compliance %

Experience :- 5+ Years

Qualification :- Any Graduate
