Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage and optimize the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer rollout and seamless onboarding for blue-collar and operational roles.
  • High-Volume Recruitment:

  • Spearhead high-volume hiring efforts across multiple gym locations, ensuring recruitment targets are met efficiently and in line with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Strategic Sourcing and Networking:

  • Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline by leveraging job portals, local networks, field activations, vendor partnerships, and employee referrals to attract quality candidates.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a recruitment team while collaborating with departmental heads and operations to align hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Track key recruitment metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall hiring process.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4 –6 years of experience in

    Talent Acquisition

    , with at least

    3 years in high-volume blue-collar hiring

  • Proven experience in leading recruitment efforts in

    fast-paced, service-oriented industries

    (fitness, hospitality, retail, staffing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and driving large-scale hiring campaigns
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Expertise in recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems
