About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple client requirements, ensuring seamless coordination, and delivering top-quality talent consistently. This position requires an energetic recruiter who can perform high-volume hiring while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various technical/non-technical roles
  
• Take ownership of

  at least 5–10 active hiring requirements

  at any given time
• Ensure

  100+ calls per day

  including sourcing, screening, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with clients to understand job expectations and ensure timely delivery of profiles
  
• Source candidates through job portals, database mining, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  
• Schedule interviews, track progress, and ensure continuous updates to stakeholders
  
• Maintain an active talent pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs
  
• Maintain reports on daily performance, pipelines, and closures
  
• Provide excellent candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding for selected hires
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  
• Strong experience in handling multiple client requirements
  
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  
• Good negotiation and relationship management capabilities
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT / Technical hiring
  
• Client-facing recruitment experience and strong stakeholder management
